Shah was really accommodating in allowing me to collect the car at short notice and in a tricky situation where my partner picked up the car and I signed the documents etc remotely. Very easy to deal and remembered handing over previous cars.

The Finance team were very patient prior to purchasing the car. I was given the detail I needed to ensure the financial agreement met my needs. I travelled over 200 miles to take delivery of the car as the dealership had been highly recommended to me

This only reflects that I had to pay £216 for BMWto look at my car and feel this is a lot. Appreciate you have to charge but feel it is over priced. This did not include work that needed to be carried out.

Staff were helpful. Offer of drinks which would definitely come in handy winter time. Comfortable clean waiting area. mechanic who dealt with my car, Aaron was friendly and polite, he explained everything on the receipt Also, courtesy call.

I was told that due to the recall that I had a cleaning pack as a gift in the car for the inconvenience caused. When I got home I couldn't find this pack anywhere in the car. I don't think it's a good idea to be told something like this and then zero
