I returned to buy my 1 Series with a previous member of staff that had moved from Canterbury to Ashford - Bradley Roy. Bradley was very helpful, welcoming, listened to what I wanted, I was able to be honest and ask lots of questions to buy the car

Very professional, everything was explained and, because I waited in reception whilst the work was done, I had access to wi-fi, hot and cold drinks, biscuits and fruit if I required them. This was not my first visit but service is always excellent

I was booked in for a repair, had an email confirmation but when I arrived I was told that someone had forgotten to order the part. A young lady called Sophie brilliantly managed to get the car booked in for the next day.

When service was booked I was told I would get an email to tell me drop off time. Email never arrived. Also received email a week after service saying vehicle required service. Already done???
