I think there was more emphasis on getting customer into their new car quickly, than making sure it was what was ordered. Felt somewhat pressured to pick up car on particular dates following unexpected earlier than anticipated delivery

Purchase was easy all done online. Popped in once to fill out some forms and the staff were great. I request a no fuss easy hand over which was done to the letter and meant I could carry on with my day!

Even though I was buying the car from a considerable distance away, Khaled made the whole process very simple, via phone calls and emails. The video sent to me of my car was a nice touch! I can't fault any part of the process.

The car had a sat nav issue, a heated passenger seat not working and an alloy wheel defect. Everything has been put right and Sophie in particular has been brilliant in looking after me.

Brilliant service fromsales advisor but very poor service from technician whom check my car for initial health check, he try to convince me for some fault to replace my puncture tyre and break pads which I did not agreed. Nothing wrong with it.
