I had a serious problem when ordering my new car due to the incompetence of the first salesman I dealt with. However, when Shah Chowdhury took over all my problems were solved and I received exemplary service from him.

The car was not cleaned. I had mentioned that it had a ppf wrap on it and to be careful with a jet wash. I wash my car by hand due to this and could not see why this was not an option. Apart from that, the experience was fine.

My car started smoking as I got home. Barrets came out, retrieved it and brought it back. Coolant had been spilt on the engine cover and hadn't been wiped away.

They were helpful and friendly from the call to book to walking in and using the waiting area during the recall job till I walked out the door. The report was good but the verbal recording was spoken too quickly and was difficult to fully understand

Shoutout to Courtney Fletcher for recognizing my needs and getting a larger courtesy vehicle swapped to my home. Very attentive and I'm certain she helped me meet deadlines for getting my vehicle back before a critical trip that required my X5 back.

Early drop off great with 'real' person support-brilliant. Staff were friendly and courteous. Had to phone for updates on my car, tried to charge £246 to take off a tyre on a cracked rim and fit the tyre back on to a new rim they were supplying. 3.5#

Courtesy car was changed from a 520d to an electric mini at the last minute. I couldn't charge it so couldn't use it. Then when I collected my car the service had not been updated on the car so I had to return to the garage to get it updated.

The service was quite negative and felt they were unable to assist. They eventually moved the camera to a place I was told previously they couldn't do. I was told we couldn't not return the camera but what happened to the 14 day cool of period

My car was in for a recall. Easy, quick drop off as i booked vehicle in online. I was kept informed throughout the day. My car received a complimentary health check, was valeted and BMW goodies left on the passenger seat. Drove away smiling ..

Wrote tyre I had told them had suffered considerable pressure loss OK in a health check report. Identified another tyre had blistered after 3000m and rejected possibility of manufacturing fault. Underinflated new tyre. Oily print on pale interior.

Brilliant, you have a day and time and Barratt's keep to that. They always keep you informed of progress and indeed should anything untoward needs carrying out. If your car is in for more than a day then you have the option of a quality loan car.

Massive waste of time over staff not caring enough. The only helpful staff were the receptionists and the host. waiting to see if the service was put onto the on-board computer remotely as no call back and I currently don't have access to the vehicle

Acknowledgment on the delay was not good enough. If I'd been told I wouldn't have minded but I got there for 1.45 so to leave at 5pm was not good enough
