James was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He took time to explain everything clearly making sure I understood which helped me make decisions on model, extras etc. James kept me informed throughout of the progress of my order.

Very disappointed to find out when back home that the additional work I had authorised for 5 under-engine clips at an outrageous cost of £44 (internet cost c£3) had not actually been done! Could have been done in seconds & FOC not just filming it!

I have never had the airbag warning light come on since I have owned the car. However when I received my vehicle back after the recall work had been completed, I noticed that the airbag warning light was on & I returned to Broad Oak & reported it.

I'd bring the car here more often for routine checks and maintenance but it's in the middle of nowhere once you've dropped your vehicle off - too far from public transport.

The warranty fix on tmy Vehicles head unit did not last and I had to return to the garage the next day

The car wash was not very good. all of the windscreen was left with a full covering of difficult to remove marks like sea waves. The only liquid that has so far been successful as a trial is white spirit, still more than 90% of the screen affected.

Greasy fingerprints three wheels, nsf door and nsf wing in front of the wheel. A dollop of grease deposited on the nsr wheel rim. The free wash didn't remove the mechanic's lack of attention to detail. I hope the service was done properly.

Some of the work requested when making the booking via the call centre wasn't performed, since realising it is too much of an inconvenience to revisit. Dirty fingerprints were on the inside of the a-pillar after the vehicle was returned to me.

The car was in for a trim to be replaced, and I advised the car would be clearned inside and out. It wasnt, it had been rinsed over on the outside but not a great job and the inside had not been touched Disappointing when i was told it would be done.

The receptionist greeted me in a friendly manner and was helpful registering my car into the system and setting up the WhatsApp. Aaron did his best to co-ordinate the whole mess and the lady mechanic who visited my home seemed efficient.
