The Ashford branch was good, they achieved what they said they would, the only reason I won't be giving a 5 star is because they said a tyre was more worn that it actually was. Also I don't think it costs £200 for a tyre change.

I did not get a satisfactory explanation of the problem that occurred. This is not a reflection on the service manager who was dealing with me, he was fine. I think this may have been a communication problem with BMW. I'm a bit anxious it may return

Communication with Barretts Ashford was first rate, as was my reception at the dealership. The work was carried out as per the schedule and my car was cleaned thoroughly for me to collect. An additional item on collection was dealt with promptly.

I am disappointed that the convenient collection from home service has been discontinued. I have used this service frequently in the past as the dealership is ten miles from my home and is not easily accessible by public transport.

I have paid for the service plan but didn't appreciate having to now bring my car to the garage whereas when I took the plan out there was a vehicle collection service.Also my service took over half a day & I had to wait or pay £30 for a courtesy car
