The waiting area is small and noisy. Would be better if it could be placed upstairs maybe or have a second area upstairs away from the bedlam. Waiting for a couple of hours means reading or puzzling or some such and you can't concentrate.
The attendant seemed somewhat distracted and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing their time....

I delivered the car at 10:00 as arranged for the winter tyres to be replaced by the summer tyres. I asked for the car to be ready for 16:00 as I had somewhere to be before 17:00. Disappointingly the car was not ready until after 16:30.
My car was serviced quickly and cleaned throughout. I was able to work whilst this was being done in the showroom with coffee provided.

When I requested I would just have the wheel refurbished and the bumper scuff, Felicity stated that I hadnt been quoted properly for the bumper scuff And I would need requoting. See further comments
Only an MOT carried out, but easy to arrange. Broad Oak contacted me the day before to check Time / Date was still OK, and contacted me again a few days after the MOT to check satisfaction etc.
Work took longer than expected, I should have been informed at start.

No effort from the dealership to help with logistics around the booking, clear misinformation provided by the woman who booked me in! And a a lack of knowledge by the service advisor as well as conflicting info given to what the booking lady provided

Car was called back by BMW, garage had my car for 2 days, couldn't offer a driver (I hadn't asked for a courtesy car, maybe my fault..), I struggled to get in to pick up the car. After having the car for 2 days, it hadn't even been washed.
No problems looked after magnificently.
My partner had to wait for an hour in reception whilst not being spoken to or offered a drink. She also had to walk home and then was told the car would be back in ten minutes and it ended up being an hour
Disappointed that I had been charged for a brake fluid service even though it wasnt required (it had been completed last year) or requested. I had brought my car in for an MOT only.

I arrived for an MOT 20 mins early. It was 1hr 25 mins before I received my car even though I asked for it not to be washed.This seems a long time for an MOT with no problems

I do not think it was a Broadoak problem that the software update was difficult to overcome or that BMW did not inform me prior to the fault occurring to my car. But better communication regarding collection would have been appreciated.

After 2weeks, I think I have got everything reset as I like. Why cannot everything be put back as the car was slightly hazardous e.g the lights did not come on when it got dark, the seats needed adjustment, the doors did not lock when I expected.

Welcoming staff, inspection carried out very quickly, car washed as part of inspection. Nice waiting area with good coffee. Broad Oak were able to resolve an issue that the original repair was done by dealer in Norfolk before we moved to Kent

I would have preferred not to have required a recall - a second one in a few months - but it was executed well.
The only reason this wasnt a 5 star response is the cost. I know this is fixed by BMW and not the dealership, but for the same service on the same day on my wifes Q5 the Audi cost was approximately 1/3 less expensive.
